The Lahe Lahe Organization believes,”The use of artistic methods to enhance mental health is known as art therapy. Art therapy is a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. People do not need to have artistic ability or special talent to participate in art therapy, and people of all ages including children, teens, and adults can benefit from it.”

A variety of art actives will be offered to all age groups including finger painting, collage building, and a life timeline. These projects will combine relaxation with creativity to create a calming seminar in your own home. However due to the time difference the workshop occurs in the early morning, which allows for a morning meditation and art experience.
