Here were some good questions asked by students and families that might also be helpful:

What if I cannot make it?
We are working on finding out when we can schedule another day to “pick up” or “drop off” items for students. We are still not open daily to be able to schedule single appointments to do this. We understand the need to continue to practice safe social distancing while also having a need to work with families and students to pick up and drop off items related to the school year.

What if I haven’t ordered a cap & gown yet? Or what if I ordered one after the Tuesday, May 5th deadline?
We do anticipate the need for a second round of cap & gown pick ups. We will try and work with seniors and families to coordinate another date before the end of May.

Can we pick up yearbook at the same time?

Yearbooks will not be available until June 5th. We will arrange a pick up date after they are delivered.

Can we turn in books, chromebooks, etc?

We will be setting another date for Seniors to get materials from classrooms, lockers, etc as well as drop off school materials and pay fines at a later date. We are currently working on a plan to make this happen.

Here was the original message sent out on April 30th:

We are excited to share our process for Cap and Gown and spring sports recognitions pick up – and as a bonus, all seniors can also pick up a FREE Senior celebration sign! Our  process honors social distancing and still gives us a chance to see some of you as you drive through! We want to celebrate you in this challenging time, so please take advantage of this opportunity to pick up your Senior sign and other items!
