Need a work permit for the summer (or sooner)?

Jobs, and the economy, are expected to start opening gradually and workers are needed.
First fill out a Permit Request Form (state form B1-1). If you don’t already have one, the link below is the form to print out, get filled out by the employer and parent/guardian, and then scan it and send it back to Mr. Chris Hill (email below).

After the completed and signed form is submitted, he can remotely generate the permit, and send it back. Then it will need to be printed, signed and given to the employer.
