Mystery Person

Do you happen to know a blonde athlete in the IB program? Well, now is your time to shine and guess this month’s mystery person! This girl runs both cross country and track, but unfortunately has a knee injury at the moment. You can almost always catch her in some KT tape that reflects the dedication she has to her sport.

She is also very school spirited and a proud leadership student. She is currently in the 11th grade and has two siblings that both graduated from Armijo, one in 2014 and the second just last school year in 2016. She loves her dog so much that if she had to choose one friend to save from a zombie apocalypse, it would be her dog.

She is very appreciative of all colors and was unable to choose a favorite. However, she was able to identify the CA Buckeye Tree as her favorite plant. Her middle name is Li (pronounced Lee), but due to a childhood nickname given by her siblings, she now pronounces it as Lie.

When it comes to food, you can count her in for just about everything, as long as it isn’t breakfast food, seafood, or a hotdog. She absolutely loves pumpkin pie, but it didn’t her too well after a long and difficult race. She said she remembered getting some pumpkin pie on the way home from a bad race, in order to cheer herself up, only to find soon after that it would do the opposite and make her sick.
