Select Armijo students to participate in February 12 bowling event

While Leadership will not be participating this year, Armijo’s Special Needs students will be at the lanes on February 12.
Special Needs students from middle and high school schools throughout Solano County will be joining Vacaville High School Leadership students in a bowling even that stretches over two days.
On Wednesday, February 5, the Adaptive PE students in Travis, Vacaville and Dixon school districts will be spending the morning on the lanes from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Those who need special assistance will be helped out by the Vacaville students who have been assigned to help them. In the past, Armijo’s Leadership students have also participated but, according to Adaptive PE teacher Lynne Lee, budget constraints have restricted this opportunity.
Students in the Fairfield/Suisun Unified School District (FSUSD) will be participating in the bowling event on Wednesday, February 12.
