Mystery Person: One Last Chance for the Movie Ticket!

Our final Mystery Person for 2018-2019 is just finishing up his first year at Armijo. “My hobbies are playing video games, basketball and football,” he said. “I also like shipping, making funny videos and drawing.”

His proudest accomplishment is winning the position of Valedictorian in 5th grade. “It helped get rid of my stage fright and fear of public speaking.”

If he won $1 million, he said that he would first invest it, but then give the money to his mother “bcause she would use the money better than I can.” But if travel was in his future, he’d hop a plane to Paris because “it is a popular place for people to visit and it is called ‘The City of Love,’” he said.

Our Mystery Person has two older brothers who attended Armijo and he admitted that he mostly lives in their shadow. Next year, when he is a sophomore, he plans on following his own path by trying out for both football and basketball.

He’s got his vision toward the future and knows that he eventually wants to go to college, “but as of now I don’t know where,” he said. He plans to either become a nurse or go into I.T.

Some of his favorite things? Tacos and burritos; hiphop and R&B, purple and the song “Wake Up” by Travis Scott.

The last Mystery Person was Yuleidy Blazquez Maciel who remained a mystery during the first two weeks of May.

If you know the Mystery Person for these two weeks, be the first person to go to G-10 to identify him or her. You will receive a free movie ticket at Edwards Theater. Only one prize per issue will be awarded. Journalism students or club members and Armijo teachers and staff do not qualify. Armijo’s Mystery Person will be presented between September and May. Submission cannot be taken during class time but will be accepted between classes, before and after school.
