Hudson Reese is a man of few words, but on the baseball field he is a young powerhouse. “I want to play baseball in college,” he said, and he is well on his way to doing just that. Reese started playing the sport when he was young and has also played basketball.

He said that he likes the sports “because they are very fun.” He’s played both sports for the Indians but it is baseball that has captured his heart, the one sport that he wants to continue well beyond his time on Armijo’s campus.

For others who are looking into getting involved in sports, Reese had some pretty solid advice. “Do it because it is a good experience,” he said. Involvement is important to Reese and he also mentioned that he wishes that Armijo had even more student events for people to participate in.

Reese is the younger of two children. His older sister Kiara is 19 years old and his parents are his role models.
